To Finished Ring
Four steps, no surprises, and nothing happens until you are happy with the direction. The whole process typically takes four to eight weeks.

You sit down with Charlene and talk through what you are looking for. Your ideas, your taste, your budget, and any questions you have. There is no pressure and no obligation. By the end you will have a clear sense of what is possible and what it is likely to cost.
You do not need to arrive with a finished idea. Most people come with a feeling, a few saved images, or just a sense of what they do not want. That is more than enough to get started.
Around 45 to 60 minutes. Completely free. In person near Cambridge or via video call. Charlene will show you examples of past work and talk you through materials and timescales.

Charlene creates hand drawn sketches based on your consultation, then develops detailed 3D CAD visuals so you can see the ring from every angle before anything is made. You approve everything at this stage.
If something does not feel right, it gets changed. Nothing moves forward until you are completely happy with what you are looking at.
The initial consultation and sketches are free. If you decide to go ahead with CAD visuals, there is a design fee of £150 to £200 which is deducted from the final cost of the ring.

Once the design is approved, your ring goes into production. Charlene oversees every stage and you will receive photo updates as it takes shape. You are welcome to check in at any point along the way.
A 50% deposit is taken at this stage, with the balance due on collection.
Most rings take four to eight weeks from design approval to completion. If your date is close, Charlene will always be honest about what is achievable.

Your finished ring is presented in a custom jewellery box, ready for the moment it was made for. Charlene will check the fit and make any final adjustments if needed.
Every ring comes with a one year workmanship guarantee and a free resizing within fourteen days of collection.
Cleaning, polishing, and minor adjustments are part of the ongoing relationship. Charlene is available for questions and maintenance going forward.
Screenshots, Pinterest boards, photos of rings you like or dislike. Knowing what you are drawn to is as useful as knowing what you want.
If you have one and want your wedding band to sit alongside it, bring it along. Charlene can design around it regardless of where it was made.
Not essential, but helpful. Charlene will always be honest about what is realistic within your budget and will never push you towards something more expensive.
If you know it, share it. This helps Charlene plan the timeline and make sure your ring is ready when you need it.
