Consultation
Sit down with Charlene over a cup of tea and bring whatever you have, a Pinterest board, a rough sketch, or just your questions. You will leave with a clear sense of what is possible and what it will cost. Free, in person or by video call.
Design
Charlene draws your ring by hand first, then creates detailed 3D visuals so you can see it from every angle before it is made. You approve everything, and nothing proceeds until it feels right to you.
Creation
Your ring is made over eight to twelve weeks. Photo updates arrive as it takes shape, and you are welcome to check in at any point along the way.
Collection
Your finished ring is presented in a custom box, ready for the moment it was made for. A one year workmanship guarantee and a free resizing within fourteen days are included.

Most rings are made within eight to twelve weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. If you have an important deadline, let Charlene know as early as possible and she will be honest about what is achievable.

Not a problem. While Charlene is based in Cambridgeshire, most first meetings can happen over Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or email, whichever is most convenient for you.

Yes. Charlene guarantees the workmanship and takes responsibility for any structural defects for one year after delivery, and a free resizing is included if needed within fourteen days of receiving your ring.
