You sit down with Charlene over a cup of tea and talk through what you are looking for. She will ask about your style, your lifestyle, how you wear jewellery, what you are drawn to, and what your budget looks like. By the end of that first conversation you will have a clear idea of what is possible.
Charlene will always give you her honest opinion on what will work and what will not. If a simpler design would look better, or if your budget would go further with a different stone or metal, she will explain that clearly. The aim is always the right ring, not the most expensive one.
From the first conversation to collecting the finished ring, you deal with Charlene. She designs it, she manages every stage of the process, and she is the one who presents the finished piece. You never have to chase anyone or explain what you want twice.

Charlene works with gold in every colour and carat, platinum, palladium, natural and lab created diamonds, and coloured gemstones including sapphires and rubies. She will guide you through what suits your design and what works within your budget.
If you have a family ring, a loose stone, or a piece of jewellery with real sentiment behind it, Charlene can work those materials into a new design. Your ring ends up carrying something personal with it that you could never find in a shop.
